Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. This policy explains how to cancel or reschedule an appointment, how much notice we ask for, and what happens if an appointment is missed — so that appointment time can be offered to someone else who needs it.

Notice period

Please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. With enough notice, we can usually offer your slot to another patient and rebook you at a time that suits you, at no charge.

How to cancel or reschedule

You can cancel or reschedule by phoning or texting 07481 116 752, emailing [email protected], or using the link in your Cliniko booking confirmation email. If you can't reach us directly, a message or email counts from the time you send it.

Late cancellations and missed appointments

Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, and missed appointments without notice, may be charged up to the full session fee. This is because the reserved time can rarely be filled at short notice.

We know genuine emergencies and sudden illness happen — if something unavoidable comes up, get in touch as soon as you can and we'll always take the circumstances into account.

Running late

If you're running late, please let us know. We'll do our best to fit in your full session, but if a later appointment follows yours, your session may need to finish at the scheduled time and the full fee will still apply.

If we need to cancel

Occasionally we may need to cancel or move an appointment, for example due to illness. If that happens, we'll contact you as soon as possible and offer you the next available appointment. No charge ever applies to a clinic-initiated cancellation.

If you have any questions about this policy, or about an appointment you need to change, just get in touch — we're happy to help.
